Ruidoso Calendar — RUIDOSO DOWNS RACETRACK & CASINO

Ruidoso Downs Racetrack and Casino

The return of live horse racing at the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack and Casino also brings the return of live music to the race track. Every Season the Track hosts their annual Summer Concert Series. Each season, top music entertainers and artists from around the country perform during the summer racing season.

The concerts present a perfect summer experience as patrons sit outside in the beautiful cool Ruidoso Downs evening air … the sun sets and the music explodes! The grandstand area provides comfortable and easy access seating while the stage sets right on the track before the finish line and there’s not a bad seat in the house!

Besides their great concerts … the Track live racing form Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day with the running of the All-American Futurity, the richest quarter horse race in the world! Ruidoso Downs Racetrack is in Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico and features two tracks, a quarter horse sprint track and an oval track for both thoroughbred and quarter horse racing. The Racetrack also features a 20,000 square foot Casino with slots only, two restaurants, Billy’s Bar and Grill and the Billy the Kid Buffet and Billy’s Race Book, the newest addition to the Billy the Kid Casino where you play the ponies nationwide!
